Piano Lessons
Lessons are weekly beginning in September and ending mid June. We follow the school calendar with holidays at Christmas and Easter break. Annual schedules are provided.
Practicing and Performance Opportunities
Practicing regularly (minimum of five times per week) is the backbone of every child's musical education, and will determine their progress as well as the amount of enjoyment they receive from their lessons. A practicing schedule implemented into a daily routine works best.
Recitals, as well as the Rotary Music Festival and Royal Conservatory of Music examinations are available.
Children
I offer private lessons for school aged children, from beginner to Level ARCT Royal Conservatory. Some students choose to take exams and others want to learn skills for fun. I customize curriculum for each individual student depending on what their own personal goals are.
"Young at Heart"
I teach adult students who want to learn music for their own enjoyment, whether they are returning after several years, or whether they are starting fresh.
Music Appreciation
I believe it is important for students to love the music that they play. I offer all genres including Classical, Pop, Blues, Jazz and everything in between. I want my students to experience all types of music and enjoy a variety of genres.
